The easy to use Saddle Form takes a mould of your horses back making a Peter Horobin saddle fit even better than before.

Three easy steps....

• Water is used to soften the saddle Form
• Place the Saddle Form on the horse’s back and shape by hand
• The Saddle Form is then used to shape the saddle tree
  
  
  A photograph of your horse (without the saddleform) is also required.
  The photograph should be taken from a side view to show the shape of the wither and the horse’s back.
  This must be done standing on level ground.
  

Saddle Fitting Measuring Instructions

When sending a saddle into us for alteration, the following information is required:

Four easy steps....

1 .A photo of your horse side on (head to tail) without the saddle
(ensure horse is standing on level ground)

2. A photo of your horse with the saddle on girthed up without a saddle cloth.

3. A photo of your horse with the rider in the saddle making sure the riders arms are not obstructing any view of the saddle.

4. Wither tracing using a wire coat hanger, placing it behind the horse's shoulder which is where the saddle should always sit. See photo to right.

Trace the wither shape onto paper and send with photos or fax through with you details written on page.

When sending saddles into us REMEMBER to remove all mounts and saddle covers. Wrap in either bubble wrap or similar.
Tag your saddle with your name, address, phone numbers and ensure a letter is sent instructing what you are wanting to have done to your saddle. We are more than happy to receive photo's via email.
