To return an item please contact us prior to returning the goods. We recommend using registered post as we don’t accept any responsibility if an item goes missing through posting or courier. We can offer a credit within 7-14 days of purchase, and retuned to Peter Horobin Saddlery, unused, brand new and not damaged. A credit can last up to 12 months and then will be deleted from the system. If the purchase is a wrong size we can either swap/alter the product in our workshop at the customers' expense and all measurements and specifications are clearly expressed before the customer purchases a product from PHS. All refunds are at the discretion of Peter Horobin Saddlery, refunds of saddle deposits require a 10% administration fee, refunds on saddles are at a discretion of Peter Horobin Saddlery, and Peter Horobin Saddlery will do everything they can to help the customer fix the problem before resulting in a refund. There will be no refunds/credits on goods purchased as part of a clearance sale. Peter Horobin Saddlery will not accept any forms of COD of the returning of goods, and will not accept customers sending items back on personal reply paid numbers without permission, unless told otherwise.
Peter Horobin Saddlery as part of being expert saddlefitters and saddlemanafacturers have the expert training and experience to solve any saddlefitting issue, if an issue with the saddle occurs peter horobin saddlery are open to any equine proffesional's opinion who hava a registered business on proof that the saddle is ill-fitting through analysis, results, behaviour and scientific evidence, without this if the customer has an issue with a saddle or our service we suggest to always contact us FIRST prior to contacting further proffesionals as the saddle is OUR product therefore we are responsible in making our customer happy, comfortable and reliant on our service.
All measurements are taken by Peter Horobin Saddlery and will not accept any other type of measurements apart from PHS's method of measuring. PHS do not accept any responsibility of changes in orders, since the time of deposit to the time of arrival. All measurements are clearly written and measured from the time of deposit. if the customer decides to change horses, or a horse changes the measurements of the current item can be altered at the customers expense.

Delivery Policy
Large quantities or items, please contact for delivery price. International buyers delivery will be quoted individually. Export less GST. Standard delivery by registered mail with Australian Post within 10 days. All prices are in AUD $. All items are registered with Australia Post and larger items of larger value are insured by Peter Horobin Saddlery and paid by the customer, we do not take any responsibility for products going missing through the post, but will do our best to trace the product through Australia Post. International items are insured up the value of $2000.00 if the customer specifys. Peter Horobin Saddlery advice when customers are shipping internationally to state 'new' product, treated leather, and 'gift' and do not take any responsibility in parcels being held in australian or international customs to and from PHS.. and will not take responsibility for fees that both customs or any other clearence company implements.
